How long will shipping take?
All orders are shipped within 12-36 hours from our store in Berlin, Germany. Delivery times will depend on your shipping option but we provide tracking from our facility to your door.
How do I know if my order is confirmed?
You will receive an email with your invoice and tracking information
Can I change my shipping address after my order is placed?
Once you have received the tracking you will be able to communicate with the delivery service if you need to change your delivery point.
Do you accept changes? And how does it work?
If the item is not perfect, you may email us and we will send a return voucher. Please try to ensure you keep the packaging and labels together with the item. Any confusion please reach out to us.
